Booking and services

How do I book an appointment?

Send a booking request through the booking form on the website, call 013 829 2808, or message us on WhatsApp at 053 111 7087. After you send a request, our team will contact you to confirm the appointment.

What are your opening hours?

Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays.

Is the emergency department open around the clock?

No. The emergency department receives urgent cases from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, six days a week (Saturday to Thursday).

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Installments with Tabby and Tamara are available for eligible services, and you can also pay at the clinic. Contact us to ask which services are eligible.

Which specialties are available?

Thirteen specialties: dermatology and aesthetics, laser, skin care, dentistry and orthodontics, internal medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, laboratory, radiology and ultrasound, emergency, home care, and occupational health.

Is there a lab and imaging on site?

Yes. The polyclinic has a laboratory for routine, advanced and functional tests, and a radiology department for X-ray, ultrasound and imaging studies.

Do you offer medical exams for companies?

Yes: pre-employment exams, periodic staff check-ups, fitness-to-work assessments, residency (Iqama) exams and health certificate exams. You can send a company inquiry from the occupational health page.

Do you offer home care?

Yes. Central Care provides medical home care, and services are arranged according to the medical need and available resources. For details, contact us by phone at 013 829 2808 or on WhatsApp.
